Return & Refund Policy

We at Memory Path are committed to your satisfaction. This policy outlines the process for returning or receiving a refund for your purchase.

Returns:

  • You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for most items.
  • Certain exceptions (e.g., perishable items, and downloadable products) may have shorter return windows. These exceptions will be marked on the product page.
  • Please Note: We cannot accept returns for items that are worn, washed, altered, lacking original tags, or have easily fixable redundant threads.

Initiating a Return:

  • To expedite processing, proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is required to initiate a return.
  • Contact us at infor@memopath.com with your order number, reason for return, and proof of purchase. 
  • We will provide a return shipping label for your convenience (note: this may not apply to international returns).

Refunds:

  • Once we receive your returned item and confirm it meets the return criteria, we will issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days.
  • A restocking fee of [percentage or amount] may apply to certain returns (clearly marked on product pages).
  • Digital Products: We generally do not accept returns for downloadable products due to their nature. However, if you encounter a technical issue with a download, please contact us for assistance.

Replacements:

  • If you receive a defective, broken, or incorrect item, we are happy to offer a replacement at no additional cost.

International Returns:

  • Please contact us at infor@memopath.com for specific instructions on international returns.
  • International return shipping may be the customer's responsibility, and additional fees may apply.

Unreasonable Return Requests:

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable or excessive return requests. Examples of unreasonable requests include, but are not limited to, returning an item months after purchase or repeatedly returning the same item.
