Production Time:

• We offer international shipping through DHL Express. Estimated delivery time is typically 15-21 business days, and shipping is currently free.
• Please Note: You may be responsible for import duties and taxes levied once the shipment reaches your country.

Order Tracking:

• You'll receive a confirmation email with purchase details when placing your order.
• You can cancel your order or change your shipping information within 24 hours of placing your order. After 24 hours, your order will be processed for fulfilment and cannot be changed.
• Once your order ships, you'll receive a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number.
• Track your package on the carrier's website using the provided link. Tracking information may not be available immediately.

Returns & Refunds:

You have 14 days from the delivery date to initiate a return for most items.

Exceptions:

• Downloadable products
• Used items beyond 14 days (brief explanation: These products cannot be returned due to the digital nature of downloads and potential wear and tear on used items.)

To initiate a return:

1. Contact us at info@memopath.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide return instructions, including applicable shipping costs (who pays for return shipping is clearly stated).
2. Returned items must be in original condition with proof of purchase.

Return processing:

Refunds:

• Defective items will receive a full refund, including any original shipping costs.
• Non-defective returns will be refunded for the product cost, excluding original shipping and return shipping costs (as previously defined).
